ZU-23/2 ANTI-AIRCRAFT GUN
THIS SOVIET MADE GUN WAS CAPTURED IN NORTHERN IRAQ BY
ROYAL MARINES DURING OPERATION HAVEN 1991
THE ZU-23 IS IN USE THROUGHOUT THE WORLD, PARTICULARLY
IN THE ARMED FORCES OF RUSSIA, VIETNAM, LIBYA, CUBA AND
IRAQ. IT CAN FIRE 800 - 1000 ROUNDS OF 23mm SHELLS PER
MINUTE OVER A RANGE OF 2,200 METRES.
