At the English Heritage store, Fort Brockhurst, Gosport [EH Ref Nos. 87900121]. The plaque was originally sited beneath the most westerly window in the north wall of the nave.
The memorial is made of metal. It is dirty but otherwise in reasonable condition. The text is legible.
