At the English Heritage store, Fort Brockhurst, Gosport [EH Ref No. 87900102]. This memorial plaque was originally sited on one of the benches in the nave. This area of the church suffered the worst effects of the bombing in 1941.

This memorial is associated with a second plaque which was fixed to the back of the bench. It read "Greatly distinguished himself at Salamanca, Orthes and Waterloo. Twice received the thanks of both houses of Parliament". This second plaque has been lost.
