At the English Heritage store, Fort Brockhurst, Gosport [EH Ref Nos. 87900140]. This memorial plaque was originally sited beneath the middle window in the north wall of the nave.
The memorial is made of metal. It is dirty but otherwise in reasonable condition. The text is legible.
