Location
At the English Heritage store, Fort Brockhurst, Gosport [EH Ref No. 87900134]. This is one of two associated plaques, the other has been lost, but the transcription has been established. Both plaques were originally sited on the southern wall of the nave, beneath the most easterly window.
Description
The memorial is made of metal and is slightly damaged. It is rather dirty but remains legible.
