Further Information
The CWGC record for Lt Commander Fraser gives the date of death as 21st January 1915. His name appears on the Portsmouth Naval Memorial.
Submarine E10 was reported missing on 18th January 1915 but no trace of her was found until divers located the wreck in 2002. They reported that the hull was essentially intact but that damage to her starboard ballast tank suggested that she had hit a mine. All her torpedo tubes were empty.
