Dr Juliam Litten F.S.A., served as a curator of the V&A and mas Chairman of Portsmouth Cathedral's Fabric Committee; he is also a member of the Cathedral Fabric Commission for England, the Fabric Advisory Commission for Westminster Abbey and the Fabric Advisory Committee for Ely Cathedral.
The window shows a bishop on a background of bright red glass.
